Eva Rohrman Madová is the founder and CEO of Spain Life & Houses, which works across the whole Spanish property market and specialises in real estate, investment opportunities and a complete service around buying property in Spain.

With a degree in economics from Vienna and international experience in the German-speaking countries and the Benelux, she brings professionalism, an international perspective and a personal approach to the property sector.

After moving to Spain, she combined her business experience with her own experience of living and investing in the country. She helps clients not only find the right property, but also find their way around the market, choose a suitable location and go through the whole buying process safely.

She speaks five languages, and in her work she puts trust, transparency and an individual approach first.

Her professional story is also tied to the Costa Blanca and to Jávea, where the head office is based. Today, however, Spain Life & Houses works throughout Spain, helping clients find a property that suits their needs, lifestyle and investment goals.

In her free time, Eva writes novels. Two parts of her book series have been published so far, in both Slovak and Spanish: Zlato sa čistí ohňom (El oro se purifica con fuego) and Keď zlato začne žiariť.

Mischa comes from a family that has been active in the real estate sector for three generations. With experience in both sales and rentals, he has also worked on renovation projects and new-build construction, and between 2018 and 2025 he was the promoter of several projects designed and built by his team. As the newest member of the Spain Life & Houses team, he looks forward to being part of a growing team that expands its business opportunities, where serving clients to their complete satisfaction is always the goal.
