1. Purpose
These general terms of use (hereinafter the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website under the domain WWW.SPAINLIFEANDHOUSES.COM (hereinafter the "Website"), owned by "SPAINLIFE AND HOUSES, S.L." (hereinafter SPAIN LIFE & HOUSES), which is made available to users (hereinafter "User" or "Users").

2. Acceptance of these general terms
Use of the Website implies the User's full acceptance of the Terms in force at the time the User accesses it. To this end, the User shall refrain from using the Website in any way that may prevent, damage or impair its normal operation, or the property or rights of SPAIN LIFE & HOUSES, its suppliers, its distributors, other Users or, in general, any third party.

7. Action in the event of non-compliance
SPAIN LIFE & HOUSES reserves the right to take whatever judicial or extrajudicial action it deems appropriate to claim the liabilities arising from a User's breach of any of the provisions of these General Terms of the Website.
8. Partial invalidity
If any of the clauses contained in these General Terms is declared null, invalid or ineffective, this shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining clauses, which shall continue to be binding on the parties.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute relating to the conditions of use of and access to this Website contained in these Terms, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the competent Courts and Tribunals, unless otherwise required by law.
